It took way longer than I thought it would... I told my wife it'll be done in 3 months... 12 months later...

And yet you did not include varying "peg positions" (they are all on the center of each side). This and slightly irregular shapes help a lot when doing "more pieces" puzzles. Bought puzzles/jigsaws from "trifle" and many other international companies often have this regular shape (peg up/down - peg left/right - peg up/down ...). In Germany you see more irregular ones (you surely know Ravensburger puzzles - sold internationally). Glad you made different "hole/peg combinations".

Next Step is irregular shapes and peg offsets :p
