SyntaxBomb - Indie Coders

 Hi guys I've been looking at Mojo by Modular similar to Python but way faster . Apparently it is as simple as Python with the performance of C . I've downloaded it and found a coarse which should get me started . All for free. If I like it in a few months I'll let you know what I discover . I also looked at Blast3D ( 99$ a year ) I would like to try it first but to try it you have to subscribe 
which costs a few quid a month so no free trial yet. It's just a passing interest however I do intend to look deeply into Mojo as I think it is the language for the next ten years . I don't think It's really ready yet for serious development . I've got the Linux version as I have Ubuntu on this computer using a duel boot . I like programming using AGK studio so Mojo is just a side order at the moment. Have an excellent day.

I downloaded DarkBasic the other day just to take a look and noted DB pro is open source. Maybe AGK will go open source one of these days. It would be great if someone could make a compiled version. Guess it would not be as portable though but who knows. 

DarkBasic classic,on the other hand, never had its source released 

I would love to try Blast3D as if AGK is gone in a couple of years this may be a choice. $99 a year though is a bit much $30 a year seems about right but I don't really know.

This Mojo thingy sounds cool is there an .exe for it

If it has one Setup.EXE file with an IDE just like BlitzmaxNG and just 'C' syntax. With one button to Compile and Run. 

Then its never going to be beat My cash is waiting!

I tried DarkBasic and it was way to slow the same as Python.
