Being an atheist an thus understanding religion. I can tell you that it's Latin (that should be your first clue) and "urbi et obri" translates to the Roman proclamation "to the city and the circle/everywhere".
So the office is..... The Pope and the Papal Office.

Thanks. But "Being an atheist" I would have no idea. When i try to register im now met with?
