Im trying to search a good site or Info base for Arcade Machine Schematics.

Im not the best browser for sourcing my info :-X

It seems that every arcade machine/Cabinet was actually a different build almost everytime? rather than just swapping Roms?

I need to find the Memory maps for each setup detailing screen memory layout.

The common things thou seem tobe either a z80 or C6502 on the 80's STUFF!

Im interested in the Classics as i see them. Which were or seem tobe what all modern games expanded from?

Pacman, Asteroids, Krazy Kong, Pleiads, Galaxian, Phoeenix, Zaxxon, Scramble, Space Fire Bird, Yie ar Kong foo, Green beret etc...

You're going to be struggling for memory maps for arcade machines. Your best bet would be to study the MAME source code.
Some used custom hardware. Some used basically what would have been the games console, or the home computer of the time.

To search try using the game name with 'motherboard technical specifications'
