New case for the Pi4

The Raspberry pi 4 generates far more heat than previous versions so some kind of heatsink/cooling solution is required.

I currently use the Flirc case which is passive cooled and turns the case into a large heatsink.  I've tried a fan shim solution, but while very quiet and effective, it gives the pi no protection what-so-ever - or indeed no protection for the fan itself.
