As I don't speak espanol, as it seems there's no 'EMAIL' in that site, the simplest and logic thing to do is: contact that office (I hope via email!) and ask them if they can accept/manage an online recharge via paypal or credit-card.

I suppose that Yue has a 'ID-travel-card' (or what it is!) so (I hope) the re-charge, will be only for him!

PS: Xoom orbits on PayPal?

Well, I've written everywhere, embassy of canada, germany and no one has responded. But as they say around here,"it's time to try,"maybe it's not the best thing for me and all that's left is to resign myself to what I have. It's all an effort, but in the end I'm the one who has to make a decision.

It seems it offers payment via credit card. Not owning one so not an option for me, but maybe it is different for other users. Dunno about security concerns when paying with credit card.

Impressive Adam - I thought about spending some bits too (not that much atm) and wondered if it is less expensive to send it via paypal (friends) to you and you - the one with the credit card - are sending it to him (subtracting your costs).


I only am able to send him things via western union - which costs too and requires Yue to go to some kind of "western union shop" (not that near to him). If it is a "pay per transaction" and not a "pay X percent of the transaction"-thing then it might be an idea to "collect" first.

Derron, that's right, it's a great incentive, I'll let you know how she advanced in her studies, my daughter is very happy, nothing is usually easy in life always has to do something and make an effort.    So I am very motivated to strive and give my best.
