theres a whole bank holiday day before end-ex - who knows, my re-imagining of my former compo chart topper might just make it to android - and by just I mean bullets might even make it into the 'game'.  At the moment..... there kinda isn't any  :o

Wow, just noticed its gonna be a year in 2 days time since the 8-bit retro compo - how time flies!

only 2 game so far: the 'fireball dungeon' game is invalid - didn't read the competition.

If we were being pedantic about it, The amount of assets used/flipped would also send my spidery senses tingling...
Me confuzzled... What makes you say it's invalid?. I know you changed your mind but what was your thinking behind it?

I know voting will not take place for a week or more, but I am curious as to 'how' that is going to happen... Obviously one does not vote for one's own project, so how is it done? Sorry for the 'noobish' question. I have not done this before...

Think you should just read the first page of this thread. Should give you most of the info you need. For the last two competitions, you have just got to tell Qube your top 3 games by private message. He will keep count and give us the totals after voting has finished. This way there's no way for any entrant to try and manipulate the voting for their own benefit.

You're correct in that you would not be allowed to vote for your own game.

Finally, welcome to the competition. Glad to see we have a couple of new people submitting games this time already.
