What's that button for?
Broadcasting :D
You install the AGK player from either the Google store or Apple App Store on your phone. You then launch the App, click on Broadcast and your game magically appears on your phone or tablet for testing. It's a super quick way to test on mobile devices without having to compile > install each time.
Incredible, to see my astronaut in Android at 5 fps. :'(
Yes, I know: this is beyond cool!
I was soooo impressed when I saw it the first time. So easy to use.

Yes, AGK strengths are it's so very easy to use and you can run it on many platforms with ease...The down points are it's not quite as efficient or bug free as I would like.
But much faster when used with C++.

What sort of Android phone do you have? - That's shockingly low. It's runs fine on my iPhone 6+
..mine run supersmooth at stable 50fps on rather complex scene than one astronot..so i guess, your phone is oldie one, in which case, you should be happy that works at all..

Android 1.5
And you wonder why it is slow. I am surprised it even runs at all. Don't blame AGK for this.
On my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge(android 7) it actually runs more smooth, with more FPS then on my HP laptop..
Yes I've noticed the same. I'm sure it ran faster on the pi than my desktop computer with that FPS demo game!! Hmm. That's why I said it seems aimed at mobile systems over desktops.
