I was just not happy with the iso view and the 'sunken' 1st person went down well so I did a quick convert and feel much happier...
In a dark closed in depressing sort of way...

a different and closer viewpoint mean better models ;(

Good move.  The waffer thin characters did look a bit odd IMO.

ok. you've got 16x16 pixels and you need to make some food??? Hmmmm.....

Now just remember... That's the only texture you can use in the whole game! do things wisely... 

You can always tint ... (eg have a can of a "brand" but tint it wisely for "variations").


Btw the front shot of the barrel (the one in the middle) exposes issues with texture scaling and "object". What I mean is - a pixel of the texture bends around one of the corners. If it was for a "low poly retro pixel look" then texture pixels should stop at corners (sometimes difficult to model "around" the limitations then).
