Also i have a VIC20 Booting

A Vic 20 with no memory. 

Without any memory expansion, this would normally report 3583 bytes free.

Yeah it seems to have no Memory! Now in the Kernel there must be a memory check which should be working! Just to get to the Flashing Cursor prompt. Which also isnt working.

I belive the Cursor not flashing is something todo with the timer every 60th of a second in the CIA1 address $DC0D i think. I have messed around with.

Not sure why it's not showing any memory though? It in all purpose's should be displaying Maximum memory available!

I dont have the real machine to play with. Maybe there is some other circuit forcing a certain address with the amount available.

Or one of my flags or instructions aint quite right. But to emulate this far i feel something else is going on.

I cant seem to get the "cursor Blinking interrupts" or the "kernal seeing ram" working with the VIC20 emulator

But ive just had an idea this evening. Im emulating memory like the ZX81 and ZX Spectrum. However ive been emulating Ram under Rom with the C64.

I think i need todo a total rewrite and emulate Ram under Rom like its big brother the C64.
