Xaron

I like that! Out of curiosity: Is it made with Wonkey?

iWasAdam

No, it's mx2 with my OpenGL engine. but it could be in wonky as it has all my base code in it.

windows 10 wont run, but windows 7 runs fine - I'm on it like a rash....

QuoteOut of curiosity: Is it made with Wonkey?
It's now being compiled via wonkey - (wonkey is the bringing together of a lot of people extended work with monkey2 into one complete package)
A lot of the back end stuff like sdl was also updated as was a number of nasty bugs and concepts that monkey2 had. So it can be considered the ultimate version of monkey2

Sunken compiles directly with Wonkey with no (apart from one line added) source code changes.
MX2 code 28 mb
wonkey code 16mb \0/

I'm now attempting to rebuild for windows 10 and track down the sdl failings...

iWasAdam

And.... because of windows errors it's being converted over to wonkey  :P

iWasAdam

And here's the first look at the new version with lighting, shadows, higher resolution, and more...

And... after rewriting mojo3d - because it's just not right....  :-[

And rewriting the shaders and redoing the models and new edwardian hand drawn textures....

And turning off the underwater color systems - here's the first look at the new 'sunken'

Superb. The fog is awesome, really well done

hehe - that RemiD for the heads up on that old prog - it make good viewing.

Because I have needed to take apart the renderer - AGAIN!!!! I've been fielding comments on the current progress. and came up with the concept of time travel - so the ROV can be transported back to 1908 with the help of ghosts...

This is a live capture showing the new render core in action :)
