Just not long ago. whenever i wanted to compile using cerberusX to HTML5 target, it opened a little "cerberus X miniserver".
and i could compile as much as i like when this window remained open..

now.  suddenly he forces me to close this window before I can compile again..
why is that? and can it be restored to normal?

Also can it compile to Android and Desktop Targets ?

You're better off post such question over on the CerberusX forum than here.
And yes it can compile to Android, iOS and desktop providing you have the required compilers and software development kits a long with setting the Cerberus config paths correctly.
