I created an Interface and a class implements this Interface. So far so good. But I get no compile error message, when I don´t implement the Interface.Why ?

You will not get many answers here. MonkeyX is now too old. You should switch to using Cerberus X.
Plus you post is very vague with no actual error messages.

Yesterday I tested Cerberus-X and the compiler does the same.
maybe I have a mistake in my idea about interfaces

I like MonkeyX even if it´s old
