  • No, I remember the holocaust thing. Can tell you, I went down to the Ann Frank haus last year and I think people who visit that might feel differently after that. It feels so, horrible and people visiting are so quiet it's like a funeral. Gets a little too close to home there.

  • Just for clarity - Meems wasn't responsible for the holocaust posts, I was just pointing out where these kind of thread inevitably lead to.

  • He PM'd me yesterday with a cheeky PM about the locked thread and I PM'd him back about why. Today he PM'd me again with a more harsher tone. He admitted ages ago he loves to wind people up and have arguments so it's pretty obvious the direction he wanted to take those posts, just like the other one which went down the holocaust route. Some people are just like that and as I said to him there are forums just for this type of thing and this is not one of them.

  • Uhuh. weird actions come from those with weird views I guess, I mean he was a flat earther or so right? rofl

  • Yeah it is a shame that he chose that route.

  • I don'r see the point of insulting someone online anyway. I mean: most people who do that wouldn't dare do that when out in the 'real world', so I say a man online then also offline  ;)

  • Pitty that has to get to this but I can see why you banned him then.

  • Yeah, you're probably right about the out of control spiraling. He was even insulting in PM's? People are weirdly obsesive..

  • Before rumours spread,  Meems has been banned for his conduct towards me in his PM's. Getting more hostile and firing off insults will not make me cave in to your demands of posting flame bait threads.

  • Rick I'm all up for fun but those threads start off fun and just spiral out of control. We've seen it before with the holocaust posting and I guarantee you it would happen again. I love conspiracies and can happily talk about them all day but some just love to poke and prod to get reactions.

  • include is like outsourcing text into other files. Try to encapsulate stuff and use "import". Then each of these files can use their own stuff. Or just use "superstrict" and use variable names only once.

  • they compile perfectly in non-included files
  • January 17, 2019, 06:12:35 PM
  • Cosmo:
  • the issue is only in included files and i need those
  • January 17, 2019, 06:12:18 PM
  • Derron:
  • you should consider using variable names only once per "nested logic block" (for loops and so on).

  • So I imported a project from B+ to BMX. Now, when I try to compile it, every single thing is a 'duplicate identifier'.
