There three threads. In a sense of testaments there could be any number of them without any upper limit. Just thought it would be easier to follow and comment. But also agree with you so either way is super fine with me.

I think theres only 2 threads about Mark's passing, I see your point CA, but - let them stand as individual testaments to the man. I've always fancied going to New Zealand..... no time like the present!

To any MOD, maybe you could merge all the Mark R.I.P. threads into one? Maybe it's better if it's all in one place?

Mark's passing has reminded me how close to that finish line I'm getting. I'm nearly 50. Can't believe how long blitz products have been in my life. Thank you mark for providing tools that allowed me to learn and have fun. R.I.P

Qube ... if you like the wax faces in True Lies (DNR, digital AI upscale) then enjoy the Alien 4K BR ... else use the normal 2K one or even the DVD (if you have).

You can never go wrong with watching Aliens I've not watched the 4K version I bought yet as they've re-colour graded it and hopefully it doesn't change the 'feel' of the film. I guess there's no harm in forcing myself to watch it, you know, it's the only way to be sure

Just bought another copy of Aliens, people. Some ultra 4K Blueray version from HMV. Buy a copy....And stay frosty.

@Baggey ive never thought I lost because of bitcoin. It's possible. But Ive always thought it was bad, horrible people that led me to believe they were my friend. Makes me consider ive never had one.

@Baggey I don't know you. Even the one guy I talked to every day for some years it would have been bad how different we are in walk of life. He wouldn't show his face to me and I exposed myself and was codependent. I gave this site to him in 2012? Unsure. Hah I just think me and the world are so ill. But I read you. I'm afraid to send this somebody getting hurt. But if you are in a bad life situation like me I can understand.

It would be nice to meet up with some of our overseas friends as well But that depends on budget i suppose.

A meetup would be great and there is s thread about it. We just need to really put the effort in to arrange it.

@Qube Steve might be on to something, make an event out of it.

@Qube maybe a meet-up could motivate us (I've been contacted about this). Obviously we have Christmas and New Year to get out of the way so I think it's 2025.I'll keep an eye out on what events are happening at RMC that might appeal to SB Members. It seems RMC are pooling their resources and are looking stronger. It's a great location because they have all the computer stuff upstairs and an arcade downstairs. 

Im still learning! But when i make a game watch out

Something strange is going on here in SyntaxBomb. Yesterday I had 200 views (as expected) on my new WorkLog. 6 hours later it has changed to >3500.

If you are around here (Sg/Malaysia/Borneo), ill invite ya to join me and my buddies in the jungle (real tribe). They will 'fix' you my friend, in no time. All this so called 'modern' commodities, very quickly turn to be a massive burden in life. These jungle folks are so happy all the time, its really hard to explain to 'modern' people but i strongly believe that most of humans have lost their way..

Ive got me Retro Spectrum! The Replay and wind idea is brilliant!

@Baggey, I've posted a topic about the new Ant Attack that was revealed at Crash.

I here that some of Retro Games the Spectrum have been shipped out in test mode So you have to down load a fix to bypass it.

I loved Ant Attack. I wonder if it will be a direct rewrite or added levels? Apparently Sandy White did the origonal on scrap paper

I live in Lincs, but my folks are in Scotland. I love stopping off at lindisfarne for a quick bike ride - kicks the arse out of the other couple of service station stops that are required 

@Naughty Alien When I was at the Nissan plant, working on the smoke vents on the top of the shops, me and a fella (Who worked at the plant for years) used to get attacked by the gulls when their bairns were hatched and nesting... Anyway, he put up with it for years, the funniest thing is though, when he was say, in Sunderland city centre, they used to spot him and go for him, noone else, just dived bombed the life out of him! lol Really funny and actually amazing at the same time!

Ive been here for a few years now and i see it getting busier and busier. Eveybody seem to have the same interest!

@Steve Elliott  yes, thats exactly what i wanted to expand dialogue to..i often walk outside and spend some time nearby seaside..eventually, by doing so, i turned out to be a good buddy with local gang of crows..they are literally standing on my hand and eating from my other hand, while i talk to them..its hard to explain how relieving is that..then some passing by woman, had to come and say hi to me, to explain to me how 'romantic' is that, without realizing that she busted my whole crow bonding joy..now i meet my winged buddies slightly off that same place..so, you never know whats out there..highly recommended, except this woman part..

The Apple M4 Pro and M4 Max are really impressive! At last Apple pushing tech.

I can see where NA is going with this. I was incredibly stressed with life and work. One day I said sod it I'm getting out of the house, away from my computer, getting out and about. For me I jumped on a train and visited my capital city, walking around and finding new places I had never seen before. Fresh air, exercise so I felt so much better. A bike would help is there are mobility issues.

I did read the small print for orders at the weekend. They were telling porkies. The chair turned up at half 7 in the morning. And sofar I'm happy with it. It's a  much better build than the crap they palm off to punters at argos.

Decided to order a new e executive desk chair from staples. Talk about a bloody shambles. I'm thinking that their next day delivery must be sometime next year.
