A method for generating true random numbers - 2020-11-20
A method for generating true random numbers

Note, not pseudo random.

Have cameras set up across the globe looking at the sky.

Take pictures.

Convert to greyscale so all rgb values between 0 and 255 as per a byte.

Then traverse the images and use the value of each pixel as a seed fo a standard pseudo random number generator.

Easy.

The Universe does not allow randomness. If it did then it would provide the possibility of something happening that the universe would not be able to control or know how to deal with.

This is why truly random numbers are not possible and never will be. Everything in the universe is based off of rules. The rules keep the whole show going.

Look at your example for what you think will generate truly random numbers. It's based off of things that the universe already provides.
