Lately I stared using wet towel to wash my face when im infront of the computer..
i find it really helpful so i wanted to share it with you people..

maybe it will help some.. :)

the advantages in that. is that you dont need to get up every second to wash your face and it relaxes you quickly

In all honesty I just prefer to sip on a large bottle of Peroni before i get into a session at the keyboard. Works for me.

GFK If you want to get them cold.. well plenty of times..
it helps me.. and may help others..

its not about washing your face.. as about making them colder..

it helps me so it was worth sharing..

My favourite lager, so good call.  But yes, coding can sometimes be daunting, so to relax before hand can help lubricate the wheels before you get started.

Exactly. I've got my Boulderdash bug free now and just needs a few little bits done before it's completely finished. Just need to find the motivation to get on with that this evening so Mr. Peroni is already on the case.

I bought this Yellow Glasses Type and they really improved my issues.. with screens..
I used to take head ache pills each week at least once..
now Im two month with no Advil..
Buy this type of Glasses , It helps..

And dont stop using them when you stop getting head aches.. or it will come back..

And remember, you should always take a Rest.. it wont make you 100% bullet proof..

that's the type i use and that's the ones i recommend..

also they can be worn on top of optic glasses..

and the colors dont look faded .. but even more contrasted at some cases..

I must also metnion i use OLED screen with 120hz.. and night light state

I bought some 'cheap' reduced price mountain bike glasses from Sports Direct (a british sports outlet) £17 for 5 different polarised lenses.  One has a yellow tint like yours - really gives everything a 'sunny disposition' which is good.

Never thought about trying them while coding/working 8), No.1 on my to do next week ;)
