Understanding Youtube and other sites content ideology

Can anyone explain why on many US based social media platforms such as Youtube the presence of extreme bloody violence (such as the Robocop clip below among others) is openly accepted - and even recommended to some users by their algorithm but....

But....if a single nipple is exposed it has to be pixellated and hidden from view?

We are not only allowed to watch, but sometimes encouraged by their system to watch extreme graphic violence yet even a hint of sexuality must be hidden or disallowed?

Furthermore I have discovered for myself over the last few years that another feature they include, little known feature, is this:

While your search history on the youtube app is recorded - and is very useful to look things up again later - if you prepend the word 'sexy' before a youtube search it does not keep it, by default, in your search history.

For example type in 'bloody rambo scene' and it will remain in your search history to view again, however if you search 'sexy 90s commercial' it will not.

Interesting set of standards.
