Does BlitzmaxNG run on iPad?

I would like to make a build for my app for MacOS. Does BlitzmaxNG run on an iPad?

As far as I know this is not possible. Even Unity requires to use Xcode to build the executable for an Ipad.

In the past it was able to compile for iOS ... dunno if it works with current Xcode.

I thought that iPadOS 13.5.1 is pretty close to MacOS and now gives mouse support which suggests that Apple is considering their iPads as laptop replacements, maybe it would work.

I do not know the exact process but I'm pretty sure that you need a Mac and the latest Xcode installed.
Without a physical Mac, it is possible to use a virtual machine on a PC but it is eeeextreeeemly slow and it requires quite some fiddle, I tried it a while ago to compile with Blitzmax but it's a pain.
