Looking for VB6 Skinning Library (Full)

I am looking to revamp some old (and not-so-old) applications I wrote in VB6. Ideally this would result in them all having a nice modern GUI with an option of customisable themes. There used to be a product called SkinFeature which could be used to achieve this, but sadly the host website (www.skinui.com) has long-since disappeared (Wayback Machine only has parts of it) and I can find no link to the software or any way to purchase it.

Has anyone any alternative suggestions which include the ability to skin controls (comboboxes, listboxes, updown etc.) as well as forms - and don't cost an arm and a leg (I am aware of "SkinCrafter" and "Sonic Skinner ActiveX Control" - but the former costs $798 for a single developer license[!] and the latter - although more affordable - only has a select number of skinnable controls [which are their own separately purchased versions rather than system-based])?
