we should "take it all in one hit, so to speak".  In other words millions would have died.  Then he was told that herd immunity wouldn't work, and millions would have died...

that's how governments influence / control people, with lies, exaggerations, which trigger emotions (like fear and doubt) in the weak minds, so that the facts, reasonable critics, warnings, are disregarded and not considered...

millions of people die each year with the exact same profile...
the mortality rate has not moved much in 11 months...

There is of course a lot of conspiracy surrounding the vaccine but personally I won't be rushing out to get it for the simple fact that no one knows what the long term effects may be. Personal choice but not based on any conspiracy.

You've got to admit that the picture or image we as the public are presented by the media of the likes of China, Trump, Boris Johnson and much of the world - even our own media reporting of coronavirus is a caricature at best.

It's almost laughably cartoonish albeit tinged with a more dystopian edge to it.
