The question is, why do you want to target HTML5?

I can't see any benefit for that target either.
Win11 64Gb 12th Gen Intel i9 12900K 3.2Ghz Nvidia RTX 3070Ti 8Gb
Win11 16Gb 12th Gen Intel i5 12450H 2Ghz Nvidia RTX 2050 8Gb
Win11  Pro 8Gb Celeron Intel UHD Graphics 600
Win10/Linux Mint 16Gb 4th Gen Intel i5 4570 3.2GHz, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 2Gb
macOS 32Gb Apple M2Max
pi5 8Gb
Spectrum Next 2Mb

Often html5 is one of the faster targets (deployment/building). Also it is easier to do remote development and you can easily balance-test while laying on your couch :)

@ cerberus-x
It is what you would use instead of Monkey - as it is based on Monkey-X but with active development (so bugfixes, enhancements, ...).

so what is the platform on a web this days?
For web games it is still html5. Flash is out of the door. Again, why do you want to target the web?

Hope Qube doesn't mind me saying this but there exists a whole host of friendly forums devoted to html5 development online which you could probably browse for an idea of the available web tools for web games.

Html5devs comes to mind.

Maybe use HTML5 as a marketing tool for something more grandiose? ......
