lol I never really got into Elite either but it's a classic game, and for the price of an old ZX Spectrum Cassette Game (£5.99) I bought-in.

It's taking longer to download than any Speccy game took to load though.

I've got Forza's up the ying yang - XBoxone bollox and all - what do I LUV to play, Flat Out Ultimate Carnage XBox360 Style - nice clean uncomplicated good arcade racer fun.

But.... I've a NEW man cave in the offing - that's inside a house and everything (My last man cave was a make do trailer - it did have an oil filled radiator though! - haven't I done well in life!)

Is it a remake of the game Elite which I had on the BBC Micro . If so it was one of the best games I've ever played . I'm going back to when I was 17 . A long time ago . I had a ranking of deadly . Anyway if it's as good or better than the BBC game it will definitely be worth playing .

It's a sequel to Frontier, which, in itself, was a sequel to Elite. I've got it in my steam library but never played it much as there's so many keys to remember. Recently bought it on PS4 though, as using a controller is meant to make it much easier to get around.
