Good Day peoples....

Hmm..how do I explain this:

There is a website with almost identical domain name to mine...and it has my email address plastered over it...and I didn't write it.....what do I do?

(Mine is protected with a password...htaccess...this one is fully viewable publicly and shows my email address in the top right corner!)

This is the other person's.....

Write to the support of the hosting platform.

I had once one who copied my tvtower.org / tvgigant.de website (think it was "tvtower.net" or so what was used as their domain). They added porn advertisements and such the likes to the page and kept my name in the impress.
I went to the police (identity theft) which ...was useless. They gave up persecuting the person after some weeks (even if they gave it to a "specialized unit" - to a person whose name was familar to me from my time at the grammar school).. albeit I even found out stuff about their identity-chain of faked register names, rendered invalid postal addresses, ... as at the end the payment for the banners needed to at least route into a "valid direction". So an advertiser who called me on my phone that someone is trying to register stuff in my name (I was a user there some years ago) guided me into the right direction by telling me names used there.

Ok, so the advertiser stopped their account.
The domain was suspended.
Police did nothing / achieved nothing even with all the provided additional data (eg a valid bank account of a front/dummy person).

TLDR: write to hosting support (or phone them if possible). If desired talk to the police and explain the issue (your name - their stuff = your potential problem, especially now as you are aware of it).

Maybe it is as GfK says - you are referring to the _TOP_RIGHT_ corner of the website - where it says for me: "Create Blog" and "Login" (in German of course).

As you did not link to _your_ blog I am not sure if you really refer to this or some other information.

It appears to be a blog hosted on Google.  It seems to automatically log you in if you have used blogspot.com or blogger.com in the past.
