hide the bottom toolbar ?

Hi,

I have raised a game with BLITZ MAX and virtual resolution :
Graphics 1920,1080,0,30,0
SetVirtualResolution 320,240

It should be Fullscreen But I don't want to use FULLSCREEN Mode for some reasons

here is the result


that's about good : 95% fullscreen, no borders....  except the bottom toolbar

It is possible to hide this bottom toolbar ?
