Finally getting over post viral fatigue syndrome

I use exercise as a good leveller, however, I picked up an infection whilst abroad in the summer which rather took the wind out of my sails. 3 months off work and even walking was tough....

Whilst the attached screen grab of my little application looks a little messy - I'm beginning to think I should stick a dark panel behind the info rendered on the right, it shows at the end of my 2nd 4.7 mile ride of the day, I managed to average 15.5 miles per hour ;)

Planning on doing a new video to illustrate how easy it now is to import files from a training device (previous iterations were a little more clunky) into my little comparator.
