Hello community!

I'm from Argentina, I'm presenting my project, a first-person mmorpg w/grid based movement, in real time.
I have based on classics like Ishar, Dungeon Master, etc. adding the multiplayer component.
The project is in continuous development and little by little I will add features. This is developed in QB64 (http://www.qb64.net).
For the moment I am more focused on the game mechanics section, soon I will be working on the graphic and sound section. At the moment I am using some free-use resources.

The project has a website/devlog which is:

http://aetricia.ddns.net

or
http://www.indiedb.com/games/guerreros-qb

or
https://www.facebook.com/aetricia

Excuse my English, any suggestions or questions about the project will be welcome!

Hi, commandvom, the graphic style of your game is quite traditional. Looks like oil painting.

Since this game is a mmorpg, it should a very large and ambitious project. I hope that this mmorpg will be very successful!!

QB64 should be a quite nice and powerful language. This game may show the full potential of QB64.

Finally, Argentina reminds me of this:

World Cup 2018 will start in this month and Argentina really has a good chance to win.

Hi round!
Yes! the graphic style is quite "retro", because I am more focused on the programming of the different mechanics of the game, and also I am not a very good artist ...  ;D ;D
I hope it has some success in the community of fans of this style of games.
Qb64 is a nice language to program games, it generates very fast executables, the GL version has functions to work with polygons and make use of 3D graphics. My project is compiled in the SDL version.
Where are you from? Be careful not to cross with Argentina and Messi in this soccer world cup !!!  8) 8) 8)
Greetings!

Ah I remember logging into this many months ago. I got killed pretty fast and couldn't re spawn! lol

Very cool project you don't see many grid based pseudo first person games anymore, yet you took it even farther by making it an Mmorpg. Keep at it! :)

Hi MagosDomina, thanks for the feedback!
I remember you logged in a while ago, your account is still active and some updates have been made. Take a turn whenever you want!
