I don't understand it myself....yet.

Look up date of New Moon in March:

New York - 15th of Mar

Melbourne - 18th of Mar

Aren't we all on the same Earth?

(sorry meant March not Feb)

New York USA: 15th 16:05
Moscow Russia: 16th 00:05
Sydney Australia: 16th 08:05
Melbourne Australia: 16th 08:05
