Setting the IDE color (including widgets and menus) in Windows.

Looks like a certain 'someone' was crying wolf I guess:
Forgot to copy one file..

C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\AGK2\Tier 1\Editor\share\themes\Adwaita\gtk-2.0\gtkrc

Didn't have to do that the other times for that weren't actual, fresh, clean installs.
Should have followed my own instructions. 
(I my defence: didn't have very much time lately)
