Turning windows 10 Windows background into any desired color..

In windows 10, they decided they know what's best for you and they wont let you change the Window backcolor..
(unless you choose horribly black color scheme.. which i don't want)

the less a person exposed to bright colors.. like white and so on.. the less he will get tired working on a computer..
so always try to avoid white color as possible..
