Very hard to decide, out of the 9 other games I've got at least 5 favs!  :o

But if you had to twist my arm:

1. The Last Ginger Ninja

2. Van Tourisimo

3. SyntaxBomb

-----

4. Alien Drop Pods

I better hit post before I change my mind, as I've been going back and forward between them!

iWasAdam

Yep, same here, got them all in order and here are the top 3/4

1. The Last Ginger Ninja
2. Fungicide
3. Get To Da Chopper
----
4. Van Tourismo

freeman69

1. Van Tourisimo - all round technically brilliant
2. Get to Da Choppa - technically very good (despite its name and me being rubbish at playing it!)
3. Hidden Items Searcher Finder - for originality and me having a soft spot for 3D.

(4. Syntax Bomb - very playable)

Wow, guys you should all be proud of your competition entries!  There was not one bad effort, and I'm guessing some will tweak their game to improve it even more.

On a personal note I loved the challenge of pixel art set at a very low resolution and only 16 colours.  Sadly (unusually for me) I was hit by a nasty bug and just recovered yesterday after 3 weeks of illness.  But I will finish my entry (maybe with a graphics upgrade) at a later date.

It made choosing a top 3 very difficult, although my first choice (as ever) was chosen on gameplay - I'm addicted to this game, and look forward to the mentioned improvements.

1.  Van Tourismo.
2.  Get To Da Chopper.
3.  SyntaxBomb.

2nd Van Tourisimo
3rd The Last Ginger Ninja

They HAVE to be in order (1st, 2nd and 3rd)  That is how the competition winner is decided  :)

This was not easy as my top three are equally 1st place for me and very hard to separate.

1.. Van Tourisimo

Excellent game throughout. It reminds me of being a kid, pocket money in hand, zooming down to the shops and buying the latest gem of a Mastertronic game that everyones talking about in school. Very well put together and fantastic pixel work with tip top gameplay.

2.. Get to Da Choppa

Was highly impressed with this one. Superb work on the graphics while also providing a great gameplay experience. It has that retro hardness to it while wanting you to get just that little bit further. I would like a third weapon please... napalm for shear gluttony enjoyment of watching those God damn pain in the butt enemies die a fiery pixel death #withscreaminggirlnoises.

3.. SyntaxBomb

Cool name :P - Another top quality entry and highly enjoyable frantic gameplay. This is not a game you want to play while half asleep, oh no, this is a full on retro hardness at it's best. To me this game is like Bomberman but in a platform format ( I know, I'm weird ). Very well put together and if you want retro fun, this is the one.

Hi, but how many points in each place in each vote? Is the following list correct?

1st place(3 points)
2nd place(2 points)
3rd place(1 point)
