It's from the imho hilarious x-mas movie with a twist 'Bad Santa' in which Billy Bob Thorton plays a children hating, Santa playing drunk hobo in a department store, who is ff-in fat women in the a.. in the fitting room on the job  , while plotting a burglary along with his little helper..

Never seen Bad Santa 2 though, dunno if that's any good, but most sequels usually suck for the element of surprise is gone.

i watched it yesterday evening, and there was some funny moments, but the guy who plays santa drinks too much (imo) and then is depressive/violent/boring (and horny). i would have prefered that he drinks a little less and be happy/cool/funny (and horny)... But some good laughs anyway !
