Is there a way I can run a B3d Program in 4k Wide Screen etc ? Can't seem to find a solution or a DLL etc.

You can also use this dll that that removes the dx7 artificial resolution limit
 GitHub - UCyborg/LegacyD3DResolutionHack: Simple proxy DLL which removes artificial resolution limit from Direct3D 7 and below.
 
This will actually work with any old dx7 game and is not Blitz specific(but the game will have to have options to go beyond the original limitations)

Just drop the dll in the folder alongside your .exe
