NRJ

This is my first game ever ,simply a slide puzzle game . I have made this game just for testing my ability to make a game , as I am not from the software background .I have tried it to make more professional as I can . I have made this using blitzmax .I haven't tested it on any other pc ,if anybody encounters an error , then please let me know .

Now , I can start working on my second puzzle game which will be very interesting to play but difficult to solve .

Congrats NRJ.

Finishing a game is one the most difficult steps in making the game  8)

Nice one NRJ and congrats on completing your first game :)

The hard slog of actually tidying up and finished a game is the downfall of many. Many will create a game to 70% / 90% but never put the final touches to it.

First go with the bird pic puzzle - 115 second to complete... Shear genius me :P

Until the next time.

Yes, delivering means a lot! Congratulations!

Congrats on producing a completed game.  As others have said, a lot of projects don't quite make it to 100% complete.

Congrats on making your first game, its always a nice feeling to know its complete and out there for people to enjoy.

The biggest hurdle for me is staying focused on a single game I tend to get bored really easy these days and tend to switch games, lately I have also coded much less as real life things take up more and more of my time as well which also doesnt help creativity.

Congratulations!

It plays well.  I like that you can add your own pictures, cool feature!

I am terrible at these types of puzzles though.  The first one took me forever.
I think I found a mini bug.  When I finished the puzzle, it said 422 seconds, but then on the high scores board it says 421 seconds.  When I go to play the same puzzle again it says the best time is 421 seconds.  It should say the same 422 or 421 in all places.  You might add a simple function to calculate the minutes and seconds instead of just seconds (for people like me that really suck at sliding puzzles).

Anyway, congrats!  Finishing is the one of the hardest parts of gamedev, I think.
