There wasn't a framework imho that could rival the diddy framework for MX. I know Diddy2 is still in it's infancy but, thanks to the efforts of therevills, I am sure it will shape up nicely for MX2.

The Screen based way it does things has got to be its most effective feature.

Nope, the platformer demo just reads in a JSON file. Quick and dirty ;)

Diddy2 will slowly grow, but not to the "Kong" state Diddy1 was, as the name implies it is a small game framework. For more complex stuff Pyro2 is what you want to use.
