Had a go at creating my first Android App the other night... Not as easy as I was hoping.. Got as far as having two text boxes which I can type numbers into and I hit a button and it adds them together...

Not quite the adrenaline filled racing game I'd hope to achieve! Need more practice!
Cheers, Rob

hmppf, somehow that post went into the wrong thread (opened two tabs ... maybe the forum mixed up something :-)).

So ignore this post.

In B4A this stuff is pretty easy: https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html
saves quite a bit of time and a headache or 2.  ;D

Hi Rob!

I see you are very important.  I'm kind of a big deal myself ;)

Hey Rob, yes, back in the old days when trolling wasn't a word, yes, sending very constructive letters to companies, back when I were a lad.
Halo if I recall, was JOshK, he's got his own business and game engine called LeadWerks. I think Ravey got drunk in a toilet as far back as 2002 and nobody has heard from him since (not kidding)
Wedoe came back on and off to Blitz forums. Most of the other regulars went on to use Unity (including myself)

hi all. Just a hello. Nice to read a few old names. Since retrorunner1, I made a sequel RetroRunner2. Then I moved off games onto alternative geology theory, and wrote tegress the growing Earth simulation software. Both can be found on youtube. Now I'm back on with another game project, inspired by Factorio and SpaceChem, which are  favourites. But I've only just started, so no pics yet.

Anyone remember me? rly? Am I that famous around here? I wonder if ENAY remembers this infallible thematic:

Sheep are a decent thread theme if there's none else

Why? Cos some find them funny, while others can't understand why u are posting sheep and get abit disturbed, which is itself funny. Sheep always induce a benchmark 'rocking and raving' of the crowd

The community isn't complete without the baddies\triggerers with 4chan training to keep the balance. Just look what happened to the blitzforums, they gradually got more sterile, with the leader Gfk getting offended at anything and everything. Anyone heard from puki? What happened to him?

I might be a triggerer, although I'm not sure what I have to do to qualify.  Some one on Facebook called me a monster once.
