I'm not go to have access to my desktop soon, so I though I'd finish this up and post it here for critique.
I've been working on this for a little while on and off, it's supposed to be a zebra shark.

It's still mirrored right now, so I can do edits to it easily if has any big problems.
No texture yet for the same reasons.

Also I haven't watched a tutorial on sculpting yet, so I only know what I've figure out myself.

Edit
After I posted, I remembered that I have a drawing tablet, so I'll try and work on it from my laptop.

Thanks! And I will. ;)

Not yet, I'm waiting to see if anyone has suggestions to improve it.
That and I noticed something I didn't do.

Rooster

Okay, I had noticed that in the reference picture the shark had ridges going down the body.
I've added those in now.

Rooster

It took me a while to get the hang of using my tablet in Blender.
But now I've got the model unwrapped, and a temporary texture slapped on.

I will work on the texture more, but other than that let me know what you think.

Qube

Coming along really well  :). To critique - I think the eye needs to be more defined + smaller ( looking at the reference pic ) and the spots a tad more varied in shape, size and definition. Also the skin needs to be silvery and a little shiny.

Darn it!

I'll try and fix the eye, but I may have to edit the mesh to fully fix it(not looking forward to that).
Other than that, it's all stuff I knew I was going to need to do.

Thanks!

Rooster

Okay! I finally got around to finishing the new texture. Hopefully it looks much better than the last one.
It took me a while to figure out how to blend the colors, but some of the stuff I learned during the code a game competition helped me. (Thanks Qube! :-*)

The first one has stronger lighting, while the second one was done a little darker to show off the underbelly.

Let me know what you think. :)

...u made me hungry.. :)
That will be $400 per pound, plus tax and shipping. :)

It all check out with you I take it?

Rooster

Finished the rigging.

I found out I have a anatomy error while I was working on it. :(
The last par of fins on the under body are supposed to be a single fin.
I'll have to go back and change it some time.

Great progress. I still have to get into rigging and texturing more in detail on Blender. Soon, when I am done with my editor.
