I'm a bit confused, it looks like a camera is created by default, is there a command to create a camera?

No, The camera is created automatically.

They mentioned somewhere that they are thinking about putting multiple camera's in a next release. Therefor the camera numbering I guess.

BTW:
While working on a switchable 1st/3rd person cam, I found that the default camera position is *not* 0,0,0 as stated in the docs, but rather 0,10,-20, which is a bit odd. It prevents not seeing objects created at the default 0,0,0 but bit confusing when not mentioned.

Perhaps a left over from AGK's development team debuggers??

Can anybody confirm this, then I can report it to them?

..yes..some things are odd, and need more details...im currently cracking over lightmaps as it does sound a bit odd to pass trough entire 3D file hierarchy and apply lightmap on to each, including diffuse textures, even info about textures is stored withing mesh data..
