Not really planned but I needed some time off from my current projects to avoid burning out on them so I took a day to port Typoooh from Ignition X to Pyro 2! Play the browser version here:
http://www.playniax.com/games/Typoooh/
Best to be played on a desktop browser!
( btw, social media buttons do not work yet in this version )

Reminds me of the old typing of the dead concept. Nice.
But I found it too easy. Bigger words required.

Nostalgic indeed, reminds me of Tempo Typen on C64, was a real hit way back in the 80's.

Yup, loved it as a kid.
Actually, Typoooh in its prototype stage looked more like it!
Here is the unfinished unpolished protoype version before it became Typoooh:

This is mostly how Peter and I work.
I make some kind of prototype and he makes the graphics later.
First 'Typoooh' was just meant to be a tech demo for Ignition but we got carried away a bit

Even though that the demo has nice gfx, I prefer what the prototype looked like, but that's probably due to me being nostalgic and it's probably better to avoid too much similarity(never know).

Maybe produce a bad-ass version with the previous graphics and long words
Sound speeding up Space Invaders styley...Maybe a voice sample - hurry up!! To stress out the player as they were about to be destroyed lol.
