(joke) comment about game design - notably - open world style games

I read something like this in a game design book I own:

Open world games sometimes have levels that try and restrict the player's actions so that they're not truly as open world as they might suggest. For example - the designers might want a player not to go a certain route across the map so they absolutely cover it with land mines - which will be removed/exploded at some later point so that the player can then cross it. But...there's always some stupid-ass stubborn as heck player who decides he's up for the challenge of crossing the minefield...and unfortunately if they truly are that stubborn, they'll probably find a way to break the game by digging their way through the minefield carefully - only to find that all the game level scripts from that point on are basically now broken.
