ACER Nitro 5 15.6" Gaming Laptop - Intel® Core™ i7, RTX 3050, 1 TB SSD

I had Diablo 4 on the PS5 but hated playing it on console. Starfield is an Xbox exclusive, so it was either get one of those (Why?!?!?) or just have a PC for things like that. I went for a laptop instead of a desktop PC to save on both desk space and also I can use the laptop if I travel.

I bought myself a ASUS ROG Strix G17 G713PV-HX048W gaming laptop during the Black Friday event. I was toying around with the idea of getting a base model ARM M3 iMac, but decided against it until next year when they will have got any bug ironed out.

You really think they're going to bring out an M3 iMac just yet? They only just revealed the 24' screen M2 iMacs. Even Apple wouldn't make their new product obsolete that quick. There will be an M3 mini soon, I suspect, but I don't think it'll happen before july.

Are you sure you didn't mix the M2 up with the M3. To my knowledge there is no M2 iMac.
The ARM M3 iMac has been on sale for just over a month now.

At some point they will do a hardware revision. But that depends on how many hardware failures they get.

I totally did. I could have sworn those new iMacs were M2's when I saw the announcement email last month. I stand corrected.

QuoteCool, have you got any games yet, especially physical games? I've got a nice collection and some more on the way like the Next version of "The Way Of The Exploding Fist".  8)

My keyboard arrives tomorrow apparently. And the Fantom is still Roland though isn't it, all-be-it a more expensive version?
I'm still waiting for it the Next to drop on the mat. It's been quite a while since I backed it - lol

Yep The Fantom is an older Roland I've got the G7, but it's been a bit unloved of late :(

if there doing a second run of the Next now, that means demand is there, so they may scale up in the future. they have a chance a real chance of a sizmic shift in computing, by re supplying the specrrum, everybody still alive from the 80s would want one, not like the C64 box that was nice but it was not of the Next quality and the next has upgraded to be modern but still be a spectrum, kinda like what gog did for old games

I guess Adam is reading the manual from cover to cover to get coding ASAP...So here are a few, including the Blue KS1 ZX Spectrum Next Box (well you need a backup system lol).
