BlitzMaxNG, although I'm looking forward to giving Wonkey a try.

Currently working on an Android research app using Cordova and a system maintenance system in Python.

I'm using BMax Vanilla for my current game, mainly because of BLIde. I would like to switch completely to NG but I have to check out VS Code first.

Still using BlitzMax Vanilla for our commercial games Windows games. (I agree with Ashmoor, BLIde is still awesome for BMX!)

CerberusX for mobile games and fun :)

BMX NG and Wonkey in the future!

Tried to like AGK2, but really missing basic OOP features... Tried Unity too many times and still think it's too much for basic 2d games.

BlitzMax NG. For 2D desktop games, love how easy it is to port between operating systems and utilise C, love it's open source now too.

Only problem is I'm still stuck at trying to figure out how to create a game based on a simple 3D mesh, but fortunately that's not the only idea in the think tank

I also like how other language creators use other packages and get ideas and thought from them. A good feedback loop  8)

Definitely.  There have been soo many computer languages that I have personally hated - or loved.  But also, thoughts of mixing languages.  Taking the best from each of your favourites, then adding your own stamp on it for your own computer language.

Just read through this thread right from the start and it is amazing the diversity of the languages we all use . Supposing AGK studio is in fact a language . Blitzmax and versions of it seem to be be the most popular language. Have a  nice day,
