They updated the block code "topposters" for tiny portal 2.3 - but according to the code it still is "local avatars" and "http://"-external urls only.

raised an issue for that module:

@Derron Thanks for raising the issue. Hopefully they'll post an update rather than lazy me having to figure it out :))

hi :)

i have tried to post a code example in the codes archives section, using the tags
[_code_]
;blahblahblah
[_/_code_]
(without the _ )

but the post is all weird...

take a look : https://www.syntaxbomb.com/3d-graphics-effects/decals-with-3d-shapes/msg347058518/#msg347058518

here is the bb code : http://rd-stuff.fr/blitz3d/decals-with-3d-shapes-20230725-14h17m.txt

(maybe this is a wrong answer, because this adwise is for the regular SyntaxBomb forum. No idea whether it helps in the old archive too....)

did you already try Derron's workaround adwise?

The symbol on the very right side of the editor (a piece of paper) switches the editor to old school mode. Afterwards you will see the old tags in brackets, when you select "CODE".

When you now enter your code between the tags, the editor will not detroy your code.

i did what 'Midimaster' suggested :
when editing the post, i toggled source view (the icon with a blank sheet), then i added [ code ] ;here is the code [ / code ]
thank you  :)

You know just removed the "right side pane" at all? At least it is no longer there for me.

hi  :)

a suggestion :
maybe have more links to 'Recent Posts and Topics', on the home page, this is a good way to see recent discussions.

thanks,

I agree with you.

Should be increased from 8 to 15.

not sure if you guys see when i write another emoji (other than those of syntaxbomb)
for example : 🤪😇🤭

if yes, you can find more emojis here : https://emojipedia.org/fr/smileys
just click on one, and you can copy paste the 'code' in your post.

for some more variety...
