Title: Quad HD Monitor
Post by: JBR on June 07, 2021, 14:51:31
Anyone recommend one that's not too expensive but still good.

Thinking about 30 inches or there abouts.

Thanks, Jim.

Hi,

I can only recommend this https://www.asus.com/fi/Displays-Desktops/Monitors/TUF-Gaming/TUF-Gaming-VG32VQ/ (https://www.asus.com/fi/Displays-Desktops/Monitors/TUF-Gaming/TUF-Gaming-VG32VQ/) which is the one that I have.

This one is a curved monitor, but the radius of R1800 means that it's not that steep and in my opinion is very pleasant to the eye (lower value means steeper angle).

It has height / tilt / rotate adjustment that is usually lacking from lower end monitors. All in all it has good quality for the price.

Hi, thanks Herni,

Was really looking for a 3840 x 2160 resolution.

I have a GTX 980 and I think I can connect to a 3840 x 2160 resolution monitor @ 60Hz.

I'm not sure if that will work through the HDMI Port?
