If you're posting from Israel and you're curious as to whether people not in Israel can see your posts...

we can.

Your IP most probably belongs to an IP-range ("block of IPs") which Qube blocked from accessing the forums. Why? Maybe some spammers registered from there, attacks were made ...
So instead of having to block a hundred individual IPs each day (with eg the last 2 pairs of the IPv4 being almost equal) you block whole ranges (so 192.168.0.* or 192.168.[0,2,3,100].*).

As soon as Qube becomes aware of this thread (you always might mail him directly to avoid this waiting time) he will unblock that IP range or similar.

bye
Ron

Your phone - if not in your local wifi - has another IP.

BTW: you might even have the same "public IPv4" than the spammers (not just "in the same block"). Google "DS Lite" to understand why (tldr: shared IPv4 because of only so few IPv4 available - "which packet to who" is then distinguished similar to hole pinching in firewalls - outgoing? incoming...).

bye
Ron
