A question about art (philosophical)

Greetings friends and those who know a bit about art.

Here is a thought for you that I am trying to understand.

Take 99 artists and myself.
Give them a piece of lined graph paper, a ruler, a pencil and an instruction to draw a 10cm straight line on the page.

When we have all completed it we get to look at each person's page.

From my perspective the other 99 will be crisp, neat, tidy and well formed.

Remember it is just a 10cm straight line on ruled paper.

When I look at my own I will notice, as will others but they won't say anything, that while mine fits the parameters it screams to the heavens thst the line drawing is wrong, incorrect, flawed, broken-as if in some way the very grains of graphite are drawn against the grain of the paper or that the tiny tick marks where the pencil first enters and leaves the page is somehow wrong.

It's more than just mere untidiness.  It's as different as if all the other artists were right handed and one was left handed-to speak in a metaphor.

If you put the lines next to each other there would be something wrong, like a splinter in your mind, about the straight 10cm line I drew that just screamed "wrong, wrong, wrong" despite being the simplest of geometric shapes.

What is that?

This is your brain - I think.

Maybe it is like this:
Assume 15 twins with the same skills and experience have to draw the 10cm line.
All draw as you described. BUT:
- 5 of them are sitting on a chair
- 5 of them sit on a chair and have their head wired up with some power cables not knowing if on or off somewhen
- the last 5 have the chair, the cables - and periodically some lower voltage is fired to "disturb" them (or redirect their thinking a tiny bit)

Maybe something "interrupts" your brain / thinking ? Like if the brain is rewiring its interna nonstop.

to your original problem: if they were 99 __artists__ there would be some amongst them who:
- would reject to draw a stupid line
- try to bend the rule (eg ask for colors, do shadings, ..., dots)
- simply draw a poking middle finger line :D

Today I watched a youtube tutorial and a artist mentioned something about drawing blindness. He would leave the art for a day and look at it the next day. This to come back to it fresh. He would notice things he did not see the day before.
