here is a link to whoever is interested in a forum (it also has a site) called "chatbots-collection" it's dedicated mainly to programming chatbots in different languages (QB64, freebasic, powerbasic, C / C++, java, python, javascript etc...)

it has even an IRC  freenode channel :-/
