This looks like one way to get fit playing video games

You may have seen this before - it's been around a little while now.

Some guy enabled World of Warcraft to be played by having a webcam track his movements and link them to keyboard inputs.

That means if he wants to walk around the world of Azeroth he actually has to walk - or run around it, and jump etc.

One day we might get to a point where this type of tech could become mainstream for a range of simulation purposes. 

I can't help but think personal fitness training could be a lot more engaging for people who otherwise would never go to a gym or workout.
