Time to vote in the Game Comp : "The Six Sides Of Qube - Feb 26th to May 5th 2022" - Voting takes place from now and will close on Saturday 28th May 2022 @ 23:59:59 GMT.

4 great games created by our members for you to download, play for free and keep forever. Sadly, only four entries this time but congrats to those that managed to finish a game 8)

If you are voting then please do take the time to play each game in order to keep the voting fair and in the good spirit of the gaming comps. Please download from the links below to make sure you have the latest version

Voting rules :
For the voting PM Qube your top three games that you enjoyed playing the most.

1.. State the best three games in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ( see vote example below ).
2.. You are not allowed to submit any updates to your game until after voting has closed. Only the version uploaded before voting started can be used. *
3.. Voting must only be via PM ( see above ).
4.. You can not vote for your own game.
5.. Members with less than 10 posts can not vote unless they themselves have submitted a game for the comp.

* Members who have uploaded bug fixed versions of their games please make sure the latest download version is linked in the post of your game from the list below ( just in case some members have not downloaded / played your entry yet ).

Vote Example :
1st Title of game A
2nd Title of game B
3rd Title of game C

Feel free to describe why you like the games if you want. Votes will not be shown until the voting is closed.

Vote Scoring:
1st = 100 points
2nd = 50 points
3rd = 25 points

In the event totals between two or more voted entries are the same then priority is given based on placement, for example 1 vote in 1st = 100 points and 4 votes in 3rd = 100 points but the 1st placement vote would win based on placement priority.

If any site staff have entered ( excluding global moderators ) then votes for their entries become a proxy vote and will not affect any other entrants placement. For example 1st, 2nd and joint 3rd winners are...

Prize :
The first to get a SyntaxBomb game comp winners badge ;D

Voting time :
Voting takes place from now and will close on Saturday 28th May 2022 @ 23:59:59 GMT.

Done and done, Obviously couldn't vote for myself which only left order priority.
It's a thing that doe's when it don't..

Xerra

Same scenario. I can only vote the three other games so it's all about the order :)

I agree, there were 2 that I liked immediately so that makes only 1 more spot available, so I just went with the type of game I prefer. All 4 had some nice presentation though. Well done all for producing an entry!   :)

Gotta say that overall this comp was very disappointing with both the amount of entries and those that took the time to vote :(

Hopefully next time the theme will be more inspiring ::)

You could also count the amount of posts during the competition and voting time ... and compare to previous compos.
I am sure that you will see a kind of connection.

So less people visiting the forum "regularly" = less people taking part and/or voting.

Still, more entrants than prizes..... And the compo was as the days were drawing out.... As opposed to drawing in. Summer solstice is around the corner peeps = more coding time  ;D,, I was coding at 5 am one Saturday morning.... I thought those days were gone  ;D
