Late entry.. Because it's Christmas and I can't effect the winners or prize fund ;D

Christmas Capers ( You are the villain ) - While the owners are away you will use your drone to steal all the presents in the house. You have 15 minutes until Christmas Day when the owners return.

Downloads :
Windows
Mac
Linux

NOTE :
This is a fully working game but it's a little rough around the edges as I ran of time a couple of weeks ago and have been scrambling to make it into a 'complete game state'. I have done a quick optimisation on the game by lowering the textures to 512x512 and baking the lighting ( real time lights are silly expensive FPS wise ). I've tested on a couple of systems including using Windows virtualisation and even that has no issues running at 1920x1080 @ 60fps.

If anyone wants a super sharp 2048x2048 texture version then let me know ;D - My Mac Studio runs it at over 300+ FPS.

You should have no problems running the game so long as your GPU has or can allocate around 1.5GB for use. But.. It's an another entry and hopefully a little fun for.

Screen Shots :

Until the next time.

That looks HOT Qube, well done on finishing it...
Thanks. Took way longer than hoped to model a house from the inside and light it like I wanted. Must learn not to try new things for short based comps :))

Oh crud, I better get on these games right quick before my time gets taken up again.
Busy with Renovations for my beach home ... not for me but the relatives who want to use it.
It is what it is.
It's a thing that doe's when it don't..

Sorry for the delay guys, I think next comp should perhaps be handled by someone else as things grind to a halt when I get caught up.

You have mods, yes?

Said mods would make them ineligible for entering the competitions if they ran them. I'd still like to think I've got a few more in me, despite having failed to submit on 3 of the last 4 competitions. I'm still leading the most entries in Syntax bomb competitions so far, I think :-)

A little rough around the edges, can't say I concur - Gobsmackingly good fun. I was flying my drone down in snowy Gloucestershire a few days ago, came a bit 'unstuck' in my old Honda estate, skidding/reversing back down a single track road in Range rover charging land was a bit nervy!!!

Can you spot where I landed my drone, now in the image is a honda that IS a little rough around the edges!

Merry Christmas!.

Thanks, glad you find it a bit of fun 8) - Wish I could have had a more time on it. Originally you started outside the house and you also needed to change between toys, eg, a chopper with more firepower to take out the 'home invasion security'. I had to cut a lot out but that's my own stupid fault for being too ambitious and most of all getting free time sucked up with other things.

Nice landing, skill or accident? ;D

Confess, it was accident..... it was drifting. slipping right as it was landing, I'd hit the land button but I think the optical sensors were having some bother with the snow / ice - whilst its had a number of inadvertent bumps, wasnt to keen in crashing onto the underside of the car!
